This place is awesome! I stayed here for a week on a work trip and I have no complaints. The location is fantastic as is the room. The old historic style is great and so are the hosts. There was a snack tray that had everything you needed to survive and these rooms have a fridge, microwave, and sink in the unlikelihood that you would need to bring your own food. I would stay again 100%
Can't say enough great things about my stay at 124 Lofts. The communication from the owners was top notch and they were very helpful. The space itself is easily accessible and conveniently located on the main street of a very cute little town. There are dining options located right next door and across the street. There is a great arcade across the street. Parking is very easy. The rooms are beautifully and intentionally designed and look just like the photos, if not better than the photos. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were excellent. The room was clean. The amenities (fridge, kurig coffee machine, etc) were all nice, modern, and functioning. Again, can't say enough about how pleasant an experience my stay was. Highly recommend.
The maintenance team responded promptly when I reported a small issue with the room lighting. It was resolved within the same evening. Reception followed up to confirm everything was working. Good coordination between departments.
Small, boutique hotel near coffee shop, restaurants, and shops. Parking was free but you could not drive up to the hotel entrance. Stairs lead up to the hotel entrance - I did not see an elevator, so you have to be able to take stairs to stay here. Quiet overall and the room was large (bath, king bed, desk, and kitchenette). Would stay here again!
This property is exceptional. It's gorgeous!!!! Absolutly exceeded my expectations!!! Styled in a beautiful way. Big rooms and incredibly clean and well maintained!! The location is in a very secure building in the center of downtown Dundee. Walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. The property managers responded quickly and provided some extra accommodations such as coffee maker, plates, flatware, and cups. I would highly recommend a stay here!!
Room cleanliness met expected hospitality standards. Fresh linens and toiletries were arranged daily. The housekeeping schedule was consistent. Overall experience was satisfactory.
What a great find. Had a local wedding and did not want to stay in an “average” hotel. Found 124 lofts. Really loved the vibe. Super easy to get in with the keypads and codes provided to you. The space was well appointed, included water and snacks. Beautiful historic building, exposed brick walls and a view of the fox river. We would highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a nice place to stay!
Best place for an impromptu romantic weekend or just to pamper yourself. Excellent.
